Virginia Break

So i went down to Virginia for 3 days to spend time with my cousin before the new years and we did a little bit of work.

He just bought a 2004 Subaru Forester XT  and his friends helped him take out the intercooler, intake manifold, and fuel lines because if i remember correctly, the fuel line hoses were dry rotted and needed to be replace so this is where i joined in.

I couldn't get a picture with the hood down....because we never closed it!

Heres a picture of the engine bay with the intercooler, intake manifold, and fuel lines out. One thing i noticed is that the intake ports were left uncovered and you could see a bit of dirt/dust settling on top.

And this is the last picture I took before we left virginia. We just got the fuel lines in, and the intake manifold, (along with an aftermarket intake tube, the bright red tube.)
